In Loving Memory of Timothy Ray Cassidy October 28, 1969 – August 30, 2026

Timothy Ray “Tim” Cassidy passed away on August 30, 2026, leaving behind a lifetime of memories, laughter, love, and more nicknames than anyone could ever count.

Tim was truly one of a kind. He never met a stranger. To know Tim was to know a smile, a laugh, and a love that was completely genuine. You could never walk into a room with Tim without being greeted with a smile, and chances were, you weren’t leaving that room without a nickname of your very own.

Tim found happiness in the simple things in life. He loved watching his favorite television shows, especially Cops, Extreme Makeover: Home Edition, and America’s Funniest Home Videos. He enjoyed playing with Hot Wheels, painting piggy banks, and just about any kind of arts and crafts he could get his hands on. Those little things brought him so much joy, and seeing Tim happy had a way of bringing joy to everyone around him.

But perhaps the most beautiful thing about Tim was the way he loved.

When Tim loved, he loved HARD.

There was nothing halfway about his heart. If Tim loved you, you knew it. His love was big, sincere, unconditional, and unforgettable. He had a special way of making people feel like they mattered, and the love he gave will continue to live in the hearts of those fortunate enough to have received it.

Tim is survived by his loving mother, Dolores Ann Cassidy; his father, Aubery Lee Cassidy; his brothers and their families, William Henry Cassidy, Tyler Cassidy and Tammy Cassidy, Thomas Lee Cassidy and Rebecca Cassidy, and Paul Allen Clark and Heather Clark; and his devoted caregiver best friend, Pattie Gee, who held a special place in Tim’s life and heart.

A life like Tim’s cannot simply be measured by the years between two dates. It is measured by the people he loved, the smiles he gave, the laughter he created, and the hearts that will forever carry a piece of him.

The world will feel a little quieter without Tim’s laughter and a little emptier without that unforgettable smile. But those who knew him will forever be able to hear his voice in their memories, remember the nickname he gave them, and smile because they were blessed enough to be loved by him.

Rest easy, Tim. Keep smiling, keep laughing, and keep handing out those nicknames in Heaven. You were deeply loved, and you will be deeply missed.

Tim will be cremated, and a Celebration of Life will be announced at a later date.
