Robbie "Susie" Bloodsworth

Robbie “Susie” Bloodsworth, age 86 of Rochelle, passed away Saturday, March 21, 2026 at Fellowship Manor Assisted Living in Cordele, Ga. Funeral Services will be in the Friendship Baptist Church Wednesday, March 25, 2026 at 11:00 AM. Visitation will be in the cemetery after the service. Interment will be in the Friendship Cemetery. Reverend Larry Wilbanks and Reverend Brian Sangster will officiate.

Susie was born on April 22, 1939 in Dexter, Ga. She was the daughter of the late Lester Darsey and Ellen Davis Darsey. She was a retired bookkeeper with the Veterans Administration in Dublin. She was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. She loved to travel, fish, and working in the yard. She is preceded in death by her husband-Harvey H. Bloodsworth and 2 sons- Ricky and Mike Bates.

Survivors include: She is survived by her late husbands step-mother, Dorothy Bloodsworth, his brother, John Morgan Bloodsworth, his sisters, Brenda Griffin and Lorraine Spot and her dear special friend/caregiver, Tracie (Jay) Bloodworth, along with a host of the Bloodworth family.
