Randy Gibbs

Randy Gibbs, age 75, of Abbeville, passed away Saturday, Dec. 14, 2019, at his residence.He was a retired civil service employee with Robins Air Force Base, a sheet metal worker, and a Baptist by faith. Randy was born November 10, 1944, in Abbeville, to the late Ernest and Kate Helms Gibbs.He was also preceded in death by a brother, Harlan Gibbs. Survivors include his wife, Dorothy P. Gibbs of Abbeville; a son, Tracy Gibbs of Abbeville; a daughter, Debora Shoemaker (Vence) of Rochelle; four brothers, Rodney Gibbs of Vidalia, Jerry, Terry, and Michael Gibbs of Abbeville; two sisters, Carol Arnett and Glenda Lewis both of Rochelle; three grandchildren, and 1 great-grandchild. Funeral services will be on Monday, December 16th at 2:00 p.m. in the M.G. Frazier Memorial Chapel, with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m.Rev. Tommy Baker and Rev.
