Mildred B. Keene

Mildred B. Keene, age 78 of Abbeville, passed away Monday, October 13, 2025, at her residence. Funeral services will be held at 10:00 AM on Thursday, October 16, 2025 in the Siloam Baptist Church. Visitation will be held from 6-8 PM on Wednesday, October 15, 2025 at Frazier and Son Funeral Home. Reverend Joey Boney and Reverend Spencer Brown will officiate. Interment will be in the Bethel Church Cemetery in Telfair County.

Mrs. Keene was born on May 13, 1947 in McRae, Ga. She was daughter of the late W.C. Watson and Josie Dennis Watson. She was a retired secretary at Abbeville Builders Supply. She had many hobbies including spending time in the outdoors and also loved her flowers. She was a member of the Siloam Baptist Church. She is preceded in death by her first husband, Jimmy M. Bloodworth, and 2 sisters-Barbara Powell and Inell Floyd.

Survivors include her husband-Lanier Keene, sons-Gregg (Cindy) Keene, Kyle (Lisa) Keene, and Tim Bloodworth, daughters-Kim (David) Brown and Amanda (Madison) Brown, and sister-Maxine (Roy) Brown, grand-children-Spencer (Rebecca) Brown, Cole (Hope) Brown, Brock Bloodworth, Bella Bloodworth, Kylie (Tanner) Crawford, Jalynn Keene, Cade Keene, Nick Keene, Dixie Baxter, Dason Brown, and Amelia Brown. She has 4 great-grandchildren. She had a special caregiver Jackie Balom.
