Martha T. Walker, age 76, of Pitts, passed away Thursday, April 22, 2021, in the Crisp Regional Hospital.She was born November, 26, 1944, in Gladewater, TX, to the late Penmon Earl Thornton and Myrtice Marie Mills Thornton. Survivors include her sons, Tracy Walker of Hattiesburg, Miss., Shane Walker, of Saucier, Miss., and Marti Walker of Hattiesburg, Miss.; her daughter, Ree Payne of Pitts, Georgia; her brothers, Tony Thornton of Kountze, TX, and Bill Thornton of Longview, TX; her sister, Barbara Keith of Sulphur Springs, TX; 10 grandchildren, and 6 great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held Saturday, May 1st at 3:30 pm at the Greens Creek Cemetery, Petal, Miss.Visitation will be from 2:30-3:30 pm at the cemetery.
