Jeanette Poss King

Jeanette Poss King, age 88 of 402 Bay St., Pineview, passed away Tuesday, February 22nd in the Taylor Regional Hospital.Funeral services will be held at 4:00 PM Thursday, February 24th in the M. G. Frazier Memorial Chapel of Frazier and Son Funeral Home.Reverend Jim Wiley and Reverend Brent Duncan will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot in the Christian Home Cemetery. Mrs. King was born on May 24, 1922 in Roswell, Ga. and had lived in Wilcox County since 1982. She was daughter of the late Charles D. Poss and Clara Mae Scoggins Poss.She was a homemaker and of the Baptist Faith.She was preceded in death by her husband, Cliff King, four brothers and five sisters. Survivors include:Nephew and wife-Donnie and Ginny Clack of Rochelle and several other nieces and nephews. Visitation will be from 6-8 PM Wednesday, February 23rd in the funeral home. Instead of flowers, the family suggests that donations be made to the Gideons International, Turner Wilcox Co. Gideon Camp, P. O. Box 347, Sycamore, Ga. 31790. The family may be contacted at the residence of Ginny and Donnie Clack, 1155 5th Avenue, Rochelle, Ga. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
