James Olin "Jimmy" Hudson

James Olin “Jimmy” Hudson, age 88 of Rochelle, passed away Monday, November 10, 2025 in the Crisp Regional Hospital. Graveside Services will be held at Friendship Cemetery on Thursday November 13, 2025 at 2:00 PM. Visitation will be held after the service at the graveside. Rev. Larry Wilbanks will Officiate.

Mr. Hudson was born on December 30, 1936 in Dooly County. He was son of the late James Hollis Hudson and Ola Jean Peavey. He was retired from Civil Service in Electronics from Robins Air Force Base. He was a member of Friendship Baptist Church. He always liked to tinker with anything electrical and working on engines. He was a avid gardener. He served this country with honor in the United States Air Force. He is preceded in death by 2 sisters- Jean Burnette and Frances Brown.

Survivors include: daughters-Amanda (Michael) Hudson of Rochelle and Valerie (Charlton) Benson of Pinehurst, a brother- Franklin Delano Hudson and grandchildren-Christopher Hudson and Cole Hudson and great-grandchildren-Emily Hudson, Madison Hudson and Hunter Hudson.
