Guy Tyson

Guy Tyson, age 48, of 11712 Cannonville Rd., Rochelle, passed away Saturday, October 17, 2009 at his residence.Graveside services will be held at 4:00 PM Tuesday, October 20, 2009 in the Cannonville Cemetery.Reverend Roy Taylor will officiate. Mr. Tyson was born on October 25, 1960 in Texas.He was a Robot Technician at Husqvarna in McRae, Ga.He was a member of the Assembly of God Church in Valdosta. He was a Navy Veteran. Survivors include:wife-Benita Tyson of Rochelle, mother-Audrey Clanton of Valdosta, step-son-Michael Bryant and step-daughter-Emily Bryant both of Rochelle, brother-Kevin (Lucy) Tyson of Cheyenne, Wyoming and sisters-Donna (Wendell) Pipkin of Thomasville and Linda Hart of Waycross. Visitation will be from 1-2 PM Tuesday, October 20 in the funeral home. The family suggests that donations be made to the American Cancer Society. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
