Dorothy Sutton Terry

Dorothy Sutton Terry, age 87 of Pitts, passed away Friday, November 8, 2024 in the Crisp Regional Hospital.  Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Monday, November 11th in the Rochelle Trinity Church.  Visitation will be from 4-6 PM on Sunday, November 10th in the funeral home.  Rev. Steven Giglio will officiate.  Interment will be in Morningside Cemetery.

Mrs. Terry was born on December 30, 1936 in Rochelle, Ga.   She was the daughter of the late Charles Otis Sutton, Sr. and Minnie Bagwell Sutton.  She was a former Secretary-Bookkeeper for Warren Farm Supply and was a caregiver for many years.  She was a member of Rochelle Trinity Church and was a homemaker.  She is preceded in death by her husband-William E. Terry, Jr., 7-brothers and 5-sisters.

Survivors include:  sons-Billy and Tess Terry, Richard and Denice Terry and James and Rachel Terry, sister-Alice Sutton Brooks, 11-grandchildren and 14-great-grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, the family request that donations be made to the Friends of Morningside Cemetery, P. O. Box 156, Rochelle, Ga. 31079 or to the St. Jude Children's Hospital.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
