Donnie Harold Rountree

Donald Harold “Donnie” Rountree, age 75 of Pitts, passed away on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 in the Crisp Regional Hospital. Funeral services will be held at 11:00 AM Saturday, November 15th at Pitts Baptist Church. Visitation will be held one hour before the service from 10-11 AM in the church. Interment will be held in the Pitts Cemetery. Pastor Billy Harris will officiate. Ricky Willingham will delivery a eulogy.

Donnie was born on July 14th, 1950, in Pitts, Ga. He was son of the late Harold Rountree and Bobbie Ruth Crenshaw Rountree. He was a retired self-employed truck driver. He was preceded in death by his wife-Melissa Cox Rountree and a sister-Vicky McKinney.

Survivors include: sons-Donald Harold Rountree II, Casey Rountree and Wesley (Sara) Rountree, brother-Glenn (Neysa) Rountree, sisters-Diane Posey and Kathy Conner, grandchildren-Donald Harold Rountree, III, Jade Rountree, Brooke (Josh) Poss, Brianna Rountree, James Wesley Rountree, Nova Ruth Rountree and great-grandchildren.

Frazier and Son Funeral and Cremation Service is in charge of arrangements.
