Danny Lee Stone

Danny Lee Stone, age 62 of Rochelle, passed away on Monday, May 25, 2026 at his residence. Graveside services will be held on Thursday, May 28, 2026 at 11:00 A.M. in the Morningside Cemetery. Visitation will be at 10:30 A.M. prior to the service. Interment will be held in the Morningside Cemetery. Reverend Jody McGinnis will officiate.

Danny was born on February 20, 1964 in Hawkinsville, Ga. He was son of the late E.B. “Slim” Stone and Sudie Lindsey Stone. He was a self-employed carpenter for over 20 years. During his last several years, he was employed with R & S Farms. He was preceded in death by his brother-Ronnie Stone and his grandparents-Walter O. and Julia Lindsey.

Survivors include: son-Brandon Lee Stone, step-children- Frankie Newsome and Bud Kilgore, brother-Dennis (Sherrie) Stone, sisters-Patsy (Don) Sutherland, Donna (Mike) Martin, grandchildren-Hunter Lee Stone, Hayvn Stone, Hudson Stone, Cameron Hartley, Cadee Hartley, longtime friend-Karen Clark, and his loving furry-friend, Blue.
