Betty Jean Bordeau

Betty Jean Bordeau, age 80 of 216 Neapolis St., Abbeville, passed away Friday, October 19, 2012 in the Crisp Regional Hospital.Funeral services will be held at 2:00 PM Tuesday, October 23, 2012 in the Abbeville First Baptist Church.Visitation will be from 1:00 PM until 2:00 PM in the church one hour before the service.Reverend Tony Dixon will officiate.Interment will be in the family plot at 4:00 PM in the Magnolia Park Cemetery, 205 S. Pleasant Hill Rd. in Warner Robins, Ga. Mrs. Bordeau was born on March 13, 1932 in Enterprise, Alabama.She had lived in Abbeville since 2006 moving from Bradenton, Florida.She was a retired Nurse from Sunnyside Nursing Home in Sarasota, Florida.She was a member of the Abbeville First Baptist Church. Survivors include:husband-Delbert Bordeau of Abbeville, sons-Mark Bordeau of Abbeville, Mike Bordeau of Greensboro, North Carolina and Jonathan Bordeau of Monmouth, New Jersey,daughter-Debra Wendell of Sarasota, Florida, 4-grandchildren and 2-great-grandchildren. Frazier and Son Funeral Home in Rochelle is in charge of arrangements.
